Called to see if pro photo could repair my Pentax k1000 (stuck lever and shutter button) I worked closely with Zane. He was very communicative and responded within 24 hours. Very pleasant guy. Customer service gets a 5. They were able to fix my camera for $180.
Honestly, everyone I interacted with over the last 2,3 days in terms of getting my equipment fixed, cleaned answering questions. They honestly went above and beyond really took care of me. Made sure that everything went smoothly from drop off to pick up!
I recently decided to try photography as a hobby. After a long period of reviewing various cameras, I zoomed in on a particular camera. I called Pro Photo. Ken, one of the employees, answered the phone. He confirmed that they had the camera and lens package I wanted in stock.
I’ve been here a few times in the past year after moving to DC for school, and I haven’t had a single bad experience with them. All the employees are super knowledgeable and friendly, and their technician Zain is INCREDIBLE.
