Like a lot of people who don’t yet own a Leica camera, I was a little intimidated walking in this store, however the staff member I spoke with couldn’t have been kinder or more welcoming to me and my family. We had a great chat for a while and he let me handle the new M11.
The store without a doubt lives up to the Leica standard. No rush rush sales pressure, no up-selling, just a fantastic educated opinion from Leica Ambassadors. I always enjoy popping into the Leica store when I’m in town. Luckily my Leica Q2 had some firmware issues, so the team at Leica was able to update my firmware for me.
