We needed very specific types of pictures and they were able to provide them. The staff are knowledgeable and provide great customer service. The prices were a bit high before but have decreased recently so that’s a plus.
I have been coming to this location for years to have my film developed. I always recommend MotoPhoto to all of my friends and Eric gives the best customer service every time! I have taken passport photos for friends and printed them here.
I'm sure they don't want people to make a habit of this, but I came in close to closing time to have passport photos taken. I did not anticipate a line! They would have been well within their rights to say that I'd have to come back the next day for the prints, but they were kind enough to work 15 minutes past closing…
Overall a good experience. As advertised. I needed passport photos for a Canadian passport, they were a bit pricey but they knew what they were doing. I had gone to CVS prior, had the photos taken, mailed my application for renewal to Canada and received a call that my photos were not up to standard requirements.
