Very friendly staff but sadly super long turn around for film development (35mm color). Update - thank you Oscars Photo Lab for seeing by my comment and rushing my photo scans. Definitely happy yall are busy in this mostly digital world and thank you for the great customer service.
Got my film (Portra 400) developed and scanned in 3 business days! This was my first time shooting with film and the employees were knowledgeable and helpful regarding the entire process. I definitely recommend them.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Oscar’s Photo Lab! This place is a true gem in San Francisco — the kind of small business that genuinely cares about quality and customer satisfaction. From the moment you walk in, you will be greeted with warmth and professionalism.
It was my first time developing film. Having shot on an old selenium-metered and zone-focused camera (an Olympus EES-2), I was worried that I'd get judged by the darkroom technician. My mother said I worry too much about external validation. I said, "What? Do you really think so?
