i went to the store two days ago and was assisted by razz. i had a great conversation with him! i knew he highballed me but since i did enjoy the conversation and what he had to say, i bought from him. i also had somewhere to be.

Stopped by to grab a few rolls of 35mm film for an old Olympus I found of my dad's on my cross country trip. Got a roll of Kodak and two disposables(for less than most stores I'll add) brought up that my lens was cracked and the father offered me a perfect fit lens for $100 which is honestly not a bad deal.

Upon coming here I was very skeptical due to the negative reviews I saw on here. However, I still wanted to give it a try. I did visit other camera stores in SF, but this one had what we wanted. Upon coming in my family and I were greeted very warmly. Every question we had was answered. We felt very comfortable.

The owner is incredibly kind. He may be direct but I can that’s how he cares about his customers. He seems knowledgeable, been selling cameras for 40+ years. He will accommodate all your requests with willingness, and won’t make you feel like you’re bothering him.
