Visited the store for the first time on March 8, 21 obviously still during the pandemic. I did not have an appointment but called and spoke to Wayne who let me stop by anyways. I actually came from Sacramento so it was a bit of a drive. Let me try out a bunch of lenses and answered all my questions.

Customer support is second to none. I primarily dealt with Sam with the repair of two cameras, an M10 and an M7, however the rest of the staff seemed equally top-notch. I was treated with such kindness and respect throughout the process.

As a blue collar novice walking into a downtown high end boutique I get treated with kindness and openness. My dumb noob questions get answered without judgment. I am grateful for the opportunity to connect at the Leica store Sf.
