Had a great experience at Unique Photo! The staff and service quality were wonderful. I went to get my sensor cleaned and Zach was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond in explaining the process to me, and he also did a great, thorough job!
Originally from NYC I had my go2 store, which was only 5 blocks away from where I lived. Now in Philly, needed to find my new store and I did. came across UNIQUE PHOTO. I don't like to get my expensive camera accessories delivered via mail and rather pick up in person.
I came into Unique Photo looking to get some insight on why my thrifted film camera hadn’t been working….. after working with Chris, we both determined that my camera might not be functional anymore. However, Chris was so patient and kind! He even showed me the film camera that were currently in stock at their store.
