Easy, self-service film drop off! The store itself is super cute and the employee was kind and helpful, directing me through my first visit here. I received scans of my black and white film 3 days later (via email) and they look fantastic. Color film has a quicker turnaround time but I already consider this very fast.
I recently stopped in PhotoLounge for a set of passport photos, and as they say on their website, just walk in for those photos. Their staff, cheerful and efficient, had my photo taken within minutes of my arrival.
I had film from a disposable camera processed and scanned here. They turned my scans around in 1 business day. The dropbox outside their door is super convenient to drop off any time. I don't often use film, but would definitely come back here. They're also quick to respond via email.
After getting my first batch of photos back from Photolounge, I can say with certainty that there is no one else I will trust with my memories besides them. Fantastic service, incredible scan quality, and kindness. The best there is.
