Dan was so wonderful! I was so worried about handing over all of my childhood memories and treasures to a stranger - but I didn't need to be worried! He took such good care of my photos and videos. He converted them perfectly into files that I can share with friends and family.
Robert was very accommodating .Lauren an assistant was patient,friendly,knowledgeable.The passport pics look professional ,vs the typical "mug shot" variety.i checked out 3other places that couldn't compare to tech-lab.
