I have taken hundreds of amazing pictures with my DC2000 and strobe light. I just started having a problem with the camera, wrote service and they gave me an RMA immediately...I shipped the camera, shell and strobe back to them.
After purchasing a SeaLiffe Dragon torch that was faulty, I left a one star review due to problems with the distributor and retailer claiming the torch was not faulty (it leaked). SeaLife invited me to contact them directly about it which i did.
Had a fault with my SeaLife camera. This company were engaging from the start and promptly examined it and reported back. A particular mention goes to Andy S. As suspected it was irreparable however they offered me an amazing discount rate for a replacement. Absolutely brilliant customer service.
