What customers say
I dropped off a roll of 35mm film and the photos were sent to my email via WeTransfer within hours! At other stores it usually takes 2-4 business days (so this spot would be ideal for tourists and travelers visiting Universal). The quality was great and the service was quick, friendly, and straightforward.
I just got my first two rolls of 35mm film developed by John at Photocity and had an excellent experience. He also did a wonderful job digitally scanning and printing my photos, as well as providing the negatives. I purchased some film from him too, and really appreciated his kind, easygoing attitude.
John is one of the most beautiful individuals in this city, and he is amazing at what he does. He knows old school manual film cameras, develops fast, and has everything you truly need. Thankful for this wonderful little spot. He also sells and develops disposables! MY FAVORITE FILM PLACE !!!!!
John gave me a Christmas miracle! I got my photos developed in August of 2022 but never picked them up, called him December 2023 asking if there was any chance he still had them and he did. I honestly can’t explain how grateful I am for him and helping me find these pictures.
