I dropped my camera and found it wasn't working. Went in and Harry looked at it and performed some "shaman magic" over it, and - voila! - it worked!! When I asked how much, he said "Have a good day." I love places run by people who love what they do (it's obvious when you walk in there) and are knowledgeable craftsmen.
Great place to get a camera, lens, or any other accessory at a reasonable price. It looks like a family-owned business with multiple generations working in there, and everybody is friendly as can be. I walked in to buy a compact digital camera, just for the fun of it, and the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating.
I had trouble with my digital camera last summer (it didn’t focus anymore). Since it was out of warranty I couldn’t send it back to the manufacturer. Then I remembered that my father used to fix his cameras at Harry’s Camera and Video.
Incredible service! Just went in today to buy a camera and had a million questions, all of which were answered intelligently and thoughtfully by the associates. They were very patient with me while I made a decision and made sure I had a great experience. 10/10!!!
