I’ve only ordered once, but I’ve been impressed with my experience. I ordered a print for Christmas that was to be shipped out of state. It didn’t make it for Christmas (I knew I was cutting it close time wise) but when it didn’t show up after Christmas too, I contacted the company.
I’m so glad I found this company! I’m from out of state and this is my second year getting my Christmas cards printed here-via their website. Their customer service is out of this world. I goofed up on the sizing of my cards vs envelopes, and Katie R.
