I had the best experience here! I brought in 5 old film cameras and was able to work with Bryan, who spent a good hour answering all of my questions and working on my equipment. The staff, (especially Bryan) was so beyond kind, helpful and made all the little things we worked on easy and fun.
I had the best experience getting a high definition image from a family photo I wanted to use for the cover of my new book. The owner was there and did it on the spot, since I couldn't leave my only copy.
The best staff. They are all so knowledgeable + helpful with any questions or concerns. They have always been so helpful for me in the way I am very much an amateur. Many a times, an employee has graciously explained what film is best for what I am shooting, how to work my camera, and what "this or that" means!
Been going here ever since I got my first film camera a couple years ago, the staff are very willing and eager to help, my first roll came back blank back in the day, and they were super helpful and didn’t charge me for it back then.
