Jon has gone above and beyond on several projects. Pay no attention to the negative reviews here, his service is outstanding and his quality is unmatched.
Jon is so helpful and does great work! We are from out of state and had a very old photo of my fiancé’s grandparents that we needed to be restored and reprinted for our wedding. Typically this service takes 3-4 business days, but Jon expedited it so that it could be done the same day.
Brought in an original water color that was wrinkled from being improperly shipped to get framed. They were able to get all the wrinkles out and did a beautiful job with the framing. I thought the prices were in line with other places I've bought custom frames and the quality is great.
I have been taking my business--film developing, photo restoration, and framing--to Jon's Darkroom for decades now. My family has also had passport photos taken there. Jon is always friendly and informative and welcomes customer input concerning the finished product where applicable.
