Great customer service. I’ve been getting my images printed by GMC for a number of years now, and each one has come out nicely and at a very reasonable price. I had my most recent one shipped to my office out of state, and unfortunately the USPS messed up the delivery and it eventually got returned to GMC.
I have been going to Green Mountain Camera for years. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile from Aimee, the photo lab manager along with all associates. Aimee is extremely knowledgeable and will answer any and all questions while handling large amounts of orders in-house and on-line on a daily basis.
Brought my 3 month old baby in for passport photos. I was super nervous and the gentleman who helped us was so kind and patient. The hardest part was getting his mouth closed because he made him smile so much during his little photo shoot! Everywhere else I had taken him rolled their eyes and said good luck.
The entire staff at Green Mountain Camera is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Markeith was extremely helpful when I recently purchased a new camera and then answered questions as I tried to find the exact camera settings for my needs.
