Top notch customer service, quality products, and a friendly and inviting atmosphere. A couple years ago I came here to update my digital camera and Rob listened to what I wanted (wireless uploading, quality lenses, compact style) and hooked me up with such a great mirrorless.
I met Rob and Ryan a couple of years ago while my wife had a doctors appointment. I had always been interested in photography however I never really took it seriously until about 4 years ago.
Rob and Ryan are passionate about their craft and very knowledgable. A discussion with Rob led me down the path of acquiring a full frame Nikon (former DX shooter, here). My D810 was priced fantastically, and Rob reasoned with me on how it would change my own photography. He wasn't wrong.
Rob and his crew are very helpful and knowledgeable. It pays to ask the experts for guidance when you are purchasing a good camera rig. Way more beneficial to have someone actually explain the features of a camera prior to buying. Not to mention the follow up device and guidance.
