I had an incredible experience at B&C with John! I came in hoping to buy my first film camera, and John spent so much time answering every question I had. We talked about everything from medium format and 35mm to box cameras, and he clearly explained the differences between rangefinders and SLRs.

Went in to get advice on one of my lenses. Didn't take long to get the help I needed and find a new great lense for the camera body I am using. Pentax is not as common as I thought it would be but the person working had a lot of knowledge and knew all about what I was working with when he saw it.

I was very pleased with my experience with B&C Photo. I ran into troubles with my Nikon D80 that was giving me an error message/code. I brought it in and the staff was knowledgable as to what it was, how it could be fixed, and honest about the pricing/amount of time it would take.

I had a great experience here! The staff was incredibly informative and took the time to walk me through everything; no rushing, just genuine help and clear explanations. As someone who isn’t super familiar with photography gear, I really appreciated their patience and knowledge.
