The service was meticulous and thorough. They are a very good sized professional compony. I only realized it until I personally went to their Newton operation center. The service was excellent, and the people were very friendly. My order was a conversion from a 25-year old VHS video tape into a modern day MP4 in a USB.
I started with a small project — an enhancement and retouching of a 60 year old black- and-white photograph of a poet for a book of his poetry in translation — the publishers ended up wanting it for the cover! Everyone at Eversource is so easy to work with.
EverPresent is amazing! We had ~30 old VHS tapes with family memories and no backups that we were very nervous to hand over. EverPresent went above and beyond to take care of them, communicate every step of the way, and EVEN salvaged some tapes we thought were degraded beyond repair. Highly recommend!
I’ve taken old videos to Everpresent three times now and have been thrilled with their service. I highly recommend Everpresent to any one that wants their old photos, videos and films transferred to a digital format that can be watched and shared!
