It’s so nice having this store local to me. With so much retail being online these days, being able to go into a store, see and hear a product, and speak to knowledgeable staff about it, is beyond priceless. Many thanks to Pat, Tyler, and everyone else who helped me.

The staff was so helpful! I had purchased something on line for pickup. They took the time to ask questions & identify what would work best in my home, suggesting another item (a savings for me). They went over proper installation & made sure I understood how to operate the item.

Superior electronic knowledge. We are lucky to have this type of store local to us. Adding after another purchase, you'll find high quality electronics here. You get what you pay for. Big box stores don't carry this kind of quality nor provide the service and knowledge the employees have.
