Crutchfield, the only place worth going for car audio. Purchased a new head unit and all the gear for a 2013 car. After install I had an interesting boot situation.
Bought a TV from Crutchfield that unfortunately had dead pixels. Contacted the store, returned the TV, and got a replacement on the same day. The staff were extremely kind which added to the overall exceptional experience. Really glad we decided to buy local.
Absolutely awesome staff! Julia helped and walked me through what system I would need for my car. I never felt that the staff were trying to oversell me things that I did not need. And I was able to get an appointment relatively easy.
This was my first trip ever to a Crutchfield store. I needed to determine what set of car speakers would be best for my Subaru Crosstrek, the staff was very helpful and that sound room was amazing. I was able to sample two different sets of speakers and it really made a difference.
