This store is not just for students and Kent Campus-related needs!! I had been going back and forth on whether or not to buy a new camera body due to heavy use over several years and it being an older model. I was considering just renting a camera for an event for the previously stated reasons.
I am so in awe by the personal service Campus Camera gives their clients. I went there last Friday after speaking with them over the phone. I needed my camera's cleaned and updated. They just weren't taking sharp photos anymore. Bearded Dan took his time and cleaned every camera, I took three.
Campus Camera and Imaging was truly my ram in the bush this weekend! I live in West Virginia and ran into a problem with a jammed lens filter. Even after taking it to the media department at my former campus and trying every tip and trick I could find on YouTube, it still wouldn’t budge.
I stopped in on Saturday with a few different questions and a repair request. They were able to get the lens on my D750 fixed quickly and answered all of my questions. I found out that I could easily rent camera equipment and get a difficult problem with my camera body fixed as well.
