The lady that took care of me a today Thursday, October 22 was outstanding and exceptional in her service. I had dropped my digital camera and I knew I had damaged the lens on it and it was a special camera to me.
I was having a problem with my camera. I wasn't able to take moving pictures without a blur. The sales person was very knowledgable and was able to solve my problem in a few minutes. He was very polite while listening to my explaination. In addition, I decided to purchase a camera for my daughter while I was there.
Deb found and reserved a Nikon SB-700 flash for me, said she'd have it for me last Tuesday. When I told her that I wouldn't be able to pick it up until today, Saturday, she said that she'd be happy to hold it for me and that she'd take care of me. Boy did she ever.
