I’ve bought a few products here with no problems, and the staff is professional and caring. I had an issue last week with one of my lenses breaking. My dad brought it to the store to see if he could get it fixed. The worker was honest and straightforward.
Was skeptical given the reviews, but received my order quickly within two days. Very satisfied as the Nikon Z6III is backordered in most places. Camera and lens were packaged well. Hope to order the NIKKOR 24-120mm in the future with no sales tax!
So when you step into the store you can see it’s set up to sell to the professional, yet I watched Dan patiently walk a new photographer though using her camera for the first time. And this was on top of the class they give that she will come to in the future. I was very impressed.
