This company was exceptional to work with. They repaired my camcorder at the price quoted and timely. Good communication. The camcorder was stolen from the local post office when shipped back to me. Pro Cam then offered a replacement and shipped it out with a 90 day warranty.
It seems like a lot of these reviews deal with mail-in repairs, so I can’t speak to that, but I stopped by in person this afternoon with a simple fix and was very happy with the service. I was in an out in a couple of minutes with my fixed camera at no charge! Will definitely be back for future repairs!
