Great place! Staff were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Lots of choices for everything at affordable prices! My pics turned out great so I'll be coming here more often.
I received a metal print within a week of ordering it from several thousand miles away. It was packed extremely well and I had tracking numbers that showed me exactly when I woul receive it. Unfortunately, after exmining it I found some indentations in the corners from the machining process.
I went in twice to have a photo done for a Christmas gift. Both times were great. The first time in, the associate was super helpful in formatting an odd sized photo to get the best outcome. He was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable.
Absolutely exceptional service. Unparalleled service in any industry in my point of view. I live in Hawai’i and have to deal with shipping irregularities that aren’t as common on the mainland and can say that Bay Photo stands behind their product and their delivery of such with haste and ease.
