Excellent customer service and amazing quality! I ordered 3 large (36x24) metal prints and they came out looking incredible! My clients were very pleased with the quality as well. Would definitely recommend!
I ordered a very large photo that arrived a bit blurry (likely from how I exported the file). I messaged the support team and they helped to select the best export settings and assisted with a reprint. Great customer service! I'll definitely order with Bay Photo again.
I ordered three metal prints, which arrived in a crate and on time. While inspecting the prints, I noticed one had a number of small black specks on the print that weren't in the file I uploaded.
Have had metal prints made at Bay Photo of some of my photos, mostly landscapes. Each time, the results are superb! Packaging is also outstanding! The most recent print was a 45x30 landscape that I did not expect to be completed by Christmas. Well, it was and the recipient was VERY happy. Thank you Bay Photo!
