They are great. Thank goodness they are in Sacramento. They are the only company in Sacramento that can take photos for international passports. There is no other place in all of Sacramento that can do this. Each country has different photo requirements. They also have many other great video and photography services.
Amazing customer service, the guys up front were very patient and accommodating to all their customers and I observed them. Service was absolutely quick and easy, I just wanted a simple CD print and the guy got it done in about 10 minutes and I was on my way. I would definitely come back to support this business!
We gave them a bunch of old moldy 8mm film reels and didn't even know what was on them, and didn't expect much. They cleaned them up and put them all together on a DVD with music and it surpassed our expectations....these are the people you want to take care of your treasured memories!
It was so easy to get my family's old vhs/cassette tapes converted. I'm really pleased with how fast the turn around was and how great everything turned out. It was a little pricey, my total with 7 vhs tapes and 1 cassette was something like $250, but my parents are so happy to be able to see their wedding tapes again…
