An incredibly helpful camera store. I’ve been a customer of this store for 10 years now. I can honestly say that they have been just the help I was looking for every time I’ve been.
Joey was super helpful & has great customer service. I called The Shutterbug in hopes to put an end to my decision in getting the A6000 or D750. Within minutes, not only did I know which camera I wanted, but I had gotten more information about these cameras than I had in the entire week of researching!
I was in Eugene on a business trip and looking to buy the Sony 24-70mm lens to take to the Oregon coast. They didn't have the lens in stock at the Eugene location but they did have it at the Salem location.
My apologies for my long overdue review. This is the place to go if you need to get your passport photo taken. The staff was super friendly/welcoming and took the time to get me my best passport photo. None of that bad lighting, one shot you're done BS.
