After dreaming of a new camera for a long time I finally decided it was time. Brendan was so helpful in guiding me through my purchase. He was patient and walked me through the options,Prices and pros and cons of each of the cameras in my price range.
Although I recently purchased my camera a month ago, I wanted to leave a review about their exceptional customer service. A few days ago, I helped a friend narrow down their choice of a camera they wanted by putting them in contact with Photo Center.
I don’t write reviews but this was a great experience. I was scammed on Facebook marketplace. I came in there to ask for help seeing if they can fix my camera. They were honest about the price and what it would be to fix (wasn’t worth fixing the old one).
The workers at this location are extremely helpful and super friendly! I came in to get my camera fixed and the process was both smooth and quick. I had a few unrelated questions about film transfers and they were very knowledgeable and willing to help as a team.
