Ordered one 12x18 print on metallic paper from them for a Christmas gift. The print came out great, which is of course the bulk of my rating. There are a lot of aspects of running a good business but the most important is that they do what they are supposed to do, and well. This they succeeded in.
Absolutely love the team and lab at The Icon LA. I’ve been a customer for about 1.5 years. If you need a professional, reliable, and passionate lab, this is the go to place in LA. So far I’ve used both the film development, scans, and print services. I absolutely fell in love with the prints they made on my behalf.
The only place supporting artists achieve the best way to reproduced the works. My favorite is their Chromogenic printing service.
I've been searching for the right lab to partner with for the past year. After trying many local and national film labs, I'm thrilled to have found a perfect fit with Icon. The scans are beautiful and they have been helpful and kind. I look forward to continuing the relationship with them!
