What customers say
I'm satisfied but if you're ordering online, you need to know this. Once you make your purchase, you're told you'll get a conformation email, followed by a tracking number. I never got the tracking number. I was worried I got scammed, and it took forever to get a hold of someone to get that information.
I have never been to this store in person, but I spoke over the phone with a very kind and courteous staff member who helped me figure out if they had the fish eye lens that I was looking for as a gift for my girlfriend.
Would Recommend to anyone looking to buy/ sell gear. Great customer service and technical knowledge!!! Recently sold my Fujifilm gear because I was fortunate enough snag an x100vi. The selling process went very smooth.
Can’t say how much I love this place. Not only do they have such a great variety of equipment for purchase and rent, but their prices as SOOO reasonable. You can even rent the back room for shoots for $30! The real reason I’m writing this review is because the staff and management here are amazing.
