I've know Alan for 30 years. Starting when he was my manager at the Bob's Super Store Camera Dept. Alan has always been a very professional man who conducts himself with the highest business standards. He knows his business and the products he sells VERY well.
I was in the Kearney area, visiting from Iowa, to observe the sandhill crane migration, and my Canon Rebel digital camera body stopped working. Walmart referred me to The Camera Doctor for possibly a new battery... and in the end, my camera was diagnosed as totally not working.
I was emotionally touched when Alan was on TV and in newspapers telling people how to save their photos after our local and state wide Nebraska floods. I know the value I place on memories and appreciate Alan's advice. The Camera Doctor is a good place to go for every camera need.
