I’ve developed with Strap 4 times and 3 of them were exceptional. My most recent visit, I didn’t find anyone at the counter, so I dropped off my film and followed the online process. It was not as fast as the other times, but they still delivered within a little over 24hrs.
Strap is awesome! The gal behind the counter was SO helpful and answered all of my novice questions so kindly 💕 I got the scans back in HOURS! …and it’s a bonus that the phoenix location is right next to a coffee shop. I think I have found my new go to for scans!
had a fantastic experience here, honestly makes me sad this isn’t my local lab! strap was able to get my film turned around in an hour while passing thru on tour + the scans look great. will definitely be using this lab again next time im headed thru phoenix. :)
