Super impressed with the customer service of this company!! If I lived in Nebraska, it would be the only camera store I’d work with! I live in Minnesota and I had a Nikon ZR on back order with B&H. I saw Rockbrook had the camera in stock, so I cancelled my order with B&H and bought from Rockbrook.
I had the absolute best experience at Rockbrook Camera in Omaha, NE thanks to AGF! I came in with an issue that had been stressing me out, and not only did AGF solve it—he turned it into an even better solution than I could have imagined. From start to finish, he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional.
I had numerous preorders for the X100VI, since June of 2024. Somebody on Reddit commented that their local camera store (Rockbrook Camera) had it in stock. I hopped on and sure enough it said "In Stock". It was a Friday night but I placed an order. During the weekend I didn't have any expectations.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Rockbrook! I’ve gotten a handful of film developed at Rockbrook and the results have been fantastic.
