Easily my favourite film lab out there. I have been using Richard for years now, and they are consistent and professional in their scanning. The team is easy to work with and they strive to make every scan perfect and to my standards.
Good quality scans and good customer service, but getting too expensive for me as a non-professional. I shoot casually with half frames which used to just cost $5 extra. Now it requires a $10 add on. I understand it is more tedious, but one roll of 35mm cost me $28.98 and the scans still come in doubles at that price.
I've had the most incredible experience since I discovered Richard's lab! For ages, I struggled to find a lab that could deliver both astonishingly fast turnaround times and exceptional results. However, once I decided to give Richard a chance, I realized what I had been missing out on all along.
Richard Photo Lab is an absolute lifesaver! I mistakenly ordered the wrong photos for my college presentation, and they came through in just two hours with a reprint. Their kindness and efficiency blew me away. The team is incredibly sweet, and their work is nothing short of fantastic. I can't recommend them enough!
