Sent in my Polaroid sun660 because it was overexposing every shot and the flash was not firing. Within a week of getting delivered to them it was on its way back to me! It came packaged as if it were a brand new camera. Love the quality service and client experience overall. Love you guys❤️
Highly recommend Retrospekt if you need something (camera, cassette player, whatever) old repaired!! They have incredible customer service and sent me back my grandma's old Polaroid camera, as if I had purchased it new!
After being a fan in general of the company online I finally took a day trip to visit the storefront in person. The shop is any retro nerds dream- vinyl, unique time pieces, cassettes and players- FILM and a bunch of super rad Polaroid cameras.
Sent my SX-70 in for repair as it stopped working and they sent back my beloved camera all fixed up and new with a report and some fantastic stickers! (I ordered the flash kit and film for it too) I was happily surprised that they put it in an SX-70 box upon return too! How cool to have a box now!
