My experience was amazing! I went there with my 5 years old daughter we both enjoyed the tour in the store. They have so much stuff that I had to go other day to continue finding more amazing things. The owner give us an amazing service, I developed couple 35mm rolls and bought couple more.
Mike, Nick, and Julie are always helpful with questions and very knowledgeable about cameras and film. They develop films in color and B/W in 135mm and 120mm. Then they'll scan the film, send it to Dropbox, and you'll receive an email that they're ready. If you want the negatives, they'll give that back to you.
