I was hesitant to visit Precision Camera due to some negative reviews, but my experience was excellent. There was a mix-up with my online order, and Ron went above and beyond to resolve it. He quickly found a replacement and made sure I was taken care of. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.
Took my Canon EOS 500D (T1i) in to this location for a possible sensor cleaning. I was promptly greeted and told to wait. The tech who would be cleaning my camera came out and checked my camera.
Karli was absolutely amazing helping me and my clueless mother get two different cameras for different purposes, and she perfectly understood what we were looking for. And helped us find something within our price range. She explained everything to us and made it incredibly easy to understand.
