Amazing customer service. It feels good to be serviced by warm people. I googled this place rushing to get fingerprints done and called to verify the price. I was surprised by how the customer service matched the in-person service. Thanks, guys for being so awesome.

I enjoy the Friendly and Knowledgeable staff at this Postal Annex. Any time I come in they greet me with a smile and know exactly what I came for. The get customers in and out but at the same time make sure to take care of every customer’s needs. I encourage everyone to help support this small business.

Very friendly and helpful staff! It took me a life time to email them a shipping label properly (I was out of patience myself after making a couple of mistakes in forwarding the email ) but they were waiting very patiently. They helped me to pack my package properly and send it as easy as possible.

I had the nicest lady assist me with my "happy return" to temu. It's been a long time since someone said, "I made their day". Which made my day. Super friendly and helpful staff. If you have any temu returns in or around Santa Clara, you don't have to go to UPS anymore(obviously you can).
