Your go to store when it comes to photographic equipment in Nashville. The staff is friendly, non confrontational, and will help you find whatever you need to get that image that you have in your head. They sell, rent, teach, clean, and send out for repairs.
I typically do all my camera shopping online through retailers like B&H and Adorama. However, that changed today after an exceptional customer service experience. I'm usually hesitant to purchase used or open-box lenses since I prefer knowing my gear has been properly cared for.
Pixel Connection is great! It’s nice to walk into a store and talk to someone who knows photography and not just a sales person trying to sell gear. These guys understand the trade.
I was looking for a point and shoot camera that I could take anywhere because I am expecting my first child and can’t wait to capture all the little cute moments :) I traded in my canon EOS R and was able to purchase the camera I wanted. Everyone was so nice and the process was super fast!!
