Not sure why all the bad reviews. Here to share my positive experience. First off Nikon in Signal Hill is super easy parking and access. Vic at the front counter was super helpful, talkative, not rushed, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
I just do not understand the negative reviews posted here. As a professional photographer I have owned many Nikons since 1965 and have always had them repaired at the Nikon factory repair shops wherever they happened to be located.
They have been in 3 different locations since the first time I brought my camera in for service many years ago. This new location has free and convenient parking. Service has always been great and the person behind the counter is always helpful.
I would give six stars if I could! Vic is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure that every issue was fixed with my Z5. He made sure I felt validated with a minor screen issue, and everything was covered by the warranty which helped me feel valued as a Nikon customer.
