I had an outstanding experience at Nelson Photo in San Diego. I came in with an issue on my Panasonic S5 II, and between the Nelson Photo team and the Panasonic representative, my problem was completely solved in under 30 minutes. Truly impressive service.
We ordered our Canon G7X Mark II digital camera from the Nelson Photo & Video website and we are so happy! We emailed the website to see if our purchase can any come faster, as we are leaving on a trip in less than a week.
There’s a specific camera I wanted for a year and they finally restocked it for MSRP. No extra fees etc. I’m very pleased and if all works out and I enjoy photography I will come here for all my camera needs. Thank you for letting me call 3 times that day with a positive attitude it’s not common here.
this was the only shop that had the power shot sx740 hs that was reasonably priced for being new. they restocked pretty quick too! everything came in perfectly with no issues! would buy from this store again :)
