I've always appreciated this conveniently located, high quality photo and printing shop in our neighborhood for passport pictures, film developing, and misc print jobs. The team has always been courteous and attentive. But recently they went above and beyond in providing a service experience I will never forget.
I went in here a few days ago with my daughter, who was developing and getting scans from a disposable camera. The staff was incredibly helpful, engaging, and patient. The conversation turned into nostalgia for old film cameras, and a worker there pulled out a vintage Polaroid.
I have been bringing my rolls of 135 here for develope and scan services for about 5 years now. I have always been grateful and happy with the quality of the scans that I receive. As an oakland native this is my go to spot!
I only ever print photos here. Their online ordering is easy and their quality is always super high. I also needed international passport photos- the sales rep knew the specs by heart, which was really impressive to me.
