I just wanted to give you all a Thank You for being on top of your game. We use Millers exclusively for albums now because of your prompt printing and customer service. It seems like every other service provider, even outside of photography, always has an excuse for why something is delayed or not as expected.
High quality prints and the MOST amazing customer service! I’m at the hobbyist level but I still love to make photo gifts and enlargements. I’ve ordered photos on different papers/different sizes, metal prints with wall mounts (no frame) - everything has been expertly done.
Fantastic customer service. Over the years I've have to order lots of reprints for color. (Probably because "correct" skin tones is pretty subjective.) Millers has never given me a hard time about me asking for remakes. That makes me feel very loyal to them as my professional print lab.
