Stopped in on a Sunday morning on the way to the airport to waste some time. Got there right as they were opening the doors. Nice clean store with a great variety of equipment and accessories. We had no intention of buying anything during the visit, but were greeted and attended to by Jeremy.
Old time photo store, good stock of Nikon, Canon, Sony, Olympus cameras and lenses. Happily let us try out demo cameras for utility and hand fit, no pressure. For sure you can buy on line, but a bit of direct comparison in hand. Prices were again comparable to on line sources - better than I expected.
I'm about to retire. My wife and I plan to take numerous vacations, so we decided to invest in a high-quality camera. When we walked into Mike’s Camera, we met Jeremy immediately. It was clear he was passionate about photography, and he dedicated a full hour to ensure we had everything we needed.
Oh my goodness! I just had the best experience with Carl at the store. The camera world can be incredibly intimidating, especially as a newbie. Between choosing the right camera, lenses, and all the necessary accessories, plus knowing it’s a big investment, I had done my research but still didn’t feel fully confident…
