Today was trade in your old gear day—I felt that they gave a very reasonable trade in value for all of my items. I was able to use the credit to put towards an R7. Customer service: the best place Ive gone to that has staff that actually helps you improve your skills.
Excellent spot for film developing, scanning, and printing with quick turnaround. Their Smile club is a great program. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Only negative can be wait times at the film counter. I've had to leave and come back another day when wait times are over 15min.
I had an excellent experience purchasing professional photo gear through Mike’s Camera. I was referred to Mike’s Camera, and in particular Bill Diebert, by a trusted colleague. Both of us have been working in the photography industry for over 20 years, so that rec carried real value.
