Brett, Jerry, Stacie, & the staff are genuinely interested in helping their customers. I have made many visits to the store to get equipment for my astrophotography needs, they have always come up with a solution.
This store should be in the dictionary under customer service! I had such a pleasant experience working with the team here to find the right camera. After picking out my camera I worked with Lynn and she showed me how to operate it and taught me some techniques. I felt like I got a full 1:1 private tutorial.
