Extremely quick with responses and services. Terrific in house services at a great price. Highly recommend them for lens repair. Just for note I was servicing a cannon l series that took a bad spill and brought it back to life for me!
I came here about a month ago to get my Lumix digital camera fixed. Alice was incredibly patient, kind, and very flexible with scheduling my appointments. A few things to note if you’re a first-time customer: there is a non-refundable $40 service fee that covers shipping to the technicians and the initial assessment.
An amazing, smooth, and successful experience. I had a Sony lens that took a tumble and the mount was completely bent. Without any places nearby that would fix a Sony lens and Sony themselves not producing the mount part, I took it to International Camera Inc. I called to make a quick appointment and dropped it off.
It's so nice to find honest repair people. I went in on my lunch hour with a lens problem. Turned out it was just a quick, easy fix. Instead of keeping the lens a few days and charging me for a couple hours of service (which they totally could have done) the guys at International Camera stopped eating their lunches,…
