I had a great experience working with Greg from the retail side of Hunt's cameras section to get an in-demand, though rare camera, the Fujifilm X-T30II 18-55mm camera kit. Basically, I had called on a whim a few weeks prior to my purchase.
Awesome store with extremely helpful staff especially Mike. I came in with a camera issue and no idea what was wrong with it. Mike did a very thorough check of the camera to check for potential causes of the issue and was able to figure out exactly what was wrong with the camera.
Hands down the best camera store around. But their staff, this is a place they really shine. They are just simply amazing. Someone named Julia went above and beyond to walk me through not just pricing but also what I needed. And unlike some stores she was not afraid to give me opinions based off my needs.
I walked in having some idea of what I was looking for in a camera but still had alot of questions. I spoke with Brad M. At the Melrose location. For about 35 minutes as he walked me through all the answers to my questions. Brad was extremely patient with me. He never made me feel silly for a question.
